I had been losing strength and losing distance in my golf game prior to training with Jeremy. He assessed my condition two years ago and we started out on a journey of improving my mobility, balance, and rotational strength. Jeremy pushes me to improve, demonstrates proper technique, and points out corrections to ensure the exercises are effective.
I never know what to expect in a session since the year-round workouts constantly evolve as I progress. My body feels great, my swing speed is way up, and I am hitting bombs!
