Cross Training for Endurance Athlete's at Iron City Elite S&C
The ultimate program for the endurance athlete! Designed to address the efficiency, strength, mobility and stability needs for endurance athletes of all disciplines. These four qualities, will enhance the performance on race day and durability needed for long term success. Athletes will be instructed on proper training technique by our certified strength and performance coaches to ensure safety and appropriate intensity throughout each training session.
Prior to initiating the program, each athlete will be assessed for movement strengths and weaknesses so that the program can be tailored to fit the needs of all movement profiles. Endurance groups consist of athletes with similar goals, interests and training experience. The group setting enhances motivation, competitive drive and community based around endurance sports.
