Small Group Training at Iron City Elite
Iron Strong is small group training for both men and women who are interested in a challenging workout geared towards improving strength and overall performance. A typical session includes mobility and flow work, resistance training using a variety of implements (kettlebells, barbells, bands and more) and metabolic conditioning finishers to ramp up fitness and fat loss.
