That’s why we’ve put together our Marathon Training Program to help you incorporate cross-training into your running regimen.
Our group sessions of 4 – 6 athletes, will focus on:
Mobility/Flexibility (to maintain the best stride)
Strength/Power (for late-race performance)
Core/Hip Stability (better economy and efficiency)
Increased Durability (reduce incidence and severity of overuse injury)
Focusing on all of these factors can help you decrease your chances of injury and can lead to better movement and mechanics which means you’ll experience better, more efficient training and performance!
