Strong(her) is small group training geared towards women of all ages and fitness levels who have goals that include fat loss, gaining strength, having more energy, and improving overall health.  A typical session includes focus on:

  • Mobility
  • Core Training
  • Resistance Training
  • Metabolic Conditioning and
  • Nutritional Improvement
